2. Lessons and Bookings
- All driving lessons must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or direct contact.
- Lesson availability is subject to instructor schedules.
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the date, time, and pick-up location for your lesson.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion (for example, if the student is not legally permitted to drive or has breached these Terms).
3. Requirements for Learner Drivers
You must:
- Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it at your first lesson.
- Be fit to drive and meet the minimum eyesight requirement (able to read a number plate from 20.5 metres).
- Inform your instructor of any medical condition, medication, or disability that may affect your ability to drive safely.
- Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs driving ability.
If your instructor reasonably believes you are unfit to drive, your lesson may be cancelled and you will be charged in full.
4. Lesson Duration and Structure
- Each standard lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
- Lessons begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the originally agreed time.
- Your instructor will provide structured tuition following the DVSA syllabus, including preparation for the practical driving test.
5. Payments and Fees
- All lesson fees must be paid in advance by cash, bank transfer, or via our online booking system.
- Fees are listed clearly on our website or will be provided to you before booking.
- Block bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase to qualify for any discounts.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but any pre-paid lessons will be honoured at the agreed rate.
6. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full lesson fee will be charged.
- Instructors may cancel lessons due to illness, vehicle issues, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a new lesson date will be arranged without charge.
- Refunds for block bookings are available only for unused lessons and will be calculated based on the standard lesson rate, not the discounted rate.
- Refunds may take up to 7–10 working days to process.
7. Driving Tests
- We can assist you in booking your practical driving test with the DVSA, but final responsibility for test booking rests with you.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you bring the necessary documents to the test (provisional licence, theory test certificate, etc.).
- We cannot be held responsible for DVSA test cancellations, delays, or examiner unavailability.
8. Instructor and Vehicle
- All lessons are conducted by DVSA-approved driving instructors (ADIs) or licensed trainee instructors (PDIs).
- Our training vehicles are regularly maintained, insured, and equipped with dual controls.
- You may use our vehicle for your practical test if both you and your instructor agree you are test-ready.
9. Conduct and Safety
We aim to maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all learners.
You agree to:
- Follow your instructor’s directions and drive responsibly.
- Treat your instructor and the vehicle with respect.
- Avoid using mobile phones during lessons. Your instructor has the right to terminate a lesson immediately if they believe their safety or the safety of others is at risk — in which case, no refund will be issued.

- Use it only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers.

- We are not responsible for test cancellations by the DVSA or for any failure to pass your driving test.
- While we ensure the highest standards of tuition, passing the driving test cannot be guaranteed.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the lessons in question.
