Lesson Cancellation Policy

🚗 Roots Driving School – Lesson Cancellation Policy

We know things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, here’s what to keep in mind:

1. Let Us Know Early
   Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled lesson. This helps us offer the slot to another student and keep things running smoothly.
2. How to Cancel
   You can cancel by calling your instructor or emailing info@rootsdrivingschool.co.uk. Make sure to contact them during working hours.
3. Late Cancellations
   If you cancel less than 48 hours before your lesson, the full lesson fee may still apply. This is because it’s hard to fill the slot at short notice.
4. Missed Lessons (No-Shows)
   If you don’t show up and haven’t contacted us, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Feeling Unwell or Emergency?
   If you’re sick or have an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help and may waive the fee depending on the situation.
6. Refunds & Rescheduling
   If you cancel with enough notice, you can reschedule your lesson or request a refund—whichever works best for you.
